Muktadesh Desk: The government has announced financial rewards for the recovery of various types of weapons and ammunition looted by the Bangladesh Police. The matter was announced in a press release from the Police Headquarters on Wednesday (November 5).
It said that the real finders of the looted weapons and ammunition will be rewarded. The amount of the reward, LMG 5 lakh taka, SMG 1.5 lakh taka, China rifle 1 lakh taka and pistol and shotgun 50 thousand taka. The reward for each round of bullets is five hundred taka.
The real finders of the looted weapons and ammunition are requested to contact the nearest police station.
The identity of the finder will be kept completely confidential, the release also said.
