If someone uses the name of BNP to commit these misdeeds, they will not be spared. In addition, the media must present true and objective news. A false news can create a lot of confusion between the state and society.
He said these things to the journalists present at the party office in Nayapaltan on Saturday (November 1) afternoon.
Rizvi said that blaming BNP for anything that happens has become a habit for some people. Anyone involved in anti-social activities should be brought under the law. Why is the government not taking action? Rather, laxity is being observed in the government.
He said that some terrorists have been arrested with weapons in Raozan. However, some media outlets have said that these people with weapons are BNP! It is sad to write this without any evidence. Organizational action has also been taken against many senior leaders in Raozan on various charges.
He said, BNP has struggled for freedom from 15 years of oppression and injustice. This movement took its final form in July-August. People may be breathing a sigh of relief. But they are still not free from fear.
Rizvi said, there is no visible improvement in the law and order situation, no action is being taken against those who are artificially creating a crisis in daily necessities. When the price of wheat has decreased in the world market, its price has increased in Bangladesh. It is the responsibility of the government to keep the people safe. If the state fails in this, any kind of accident can happen. Social unrest can be created.
