Muktadesh Desk: Ukraine has attacked a Russian oil refinery in the Ryazan region near Moscow. The operation was carried out on Saturday, a day after seven people were killed in a Russian attack in Kiev. AFP News
Ukrainian troops said it was part of an effort to reduce Russia’s missile and bombing capabilities.
Ryazan Governor Pavel Malikov said Russian air defenses had shot down 25 Ukrainian drones. The debris set a commercial area on fire, but no one was injured.
Elsewhere in southern Ukraine, four people were killed in Russian attacks. Three were killed in Kherson and one in Zaporizhia, local authorities said.
