Muktadesh Desk: Chief Justice Dr. Syed Refat Ahmed has sought an explanation from three judges of the High Court for granting bail to a large number of accused. This information was revealed on Tuesday morning.
Meanwhile, the Appellate Division has expressed embarrassment over the bail granted to Abdul Haque Pramanik, an accused in a murder case in July-August.
The three judges of the High Court division are Justice Abu Taher Saifur Rahman, Justice Mostafa Zaman Islam and Justice Zakir Hossain.
