Entertainment Desk: Legendary singer Rafiqul Alam of Bangladeshi music. Recently, two new original songs were released in his voice – Paharer Kanna and Sakal Sher Chayer Chumuke. This famous artist is quite excited after releasing the two songs. The song ‘Paharer Kanna’ was written and composed by Arif Hossain Babu and the song ‘Sakal Sher Chayer Chumuke’ was written by Faruk Anwar. The music and lyrics were composed by Samrat Ahmed. Both the songs were recently released on YouTube.
Rafiqul Alam said that two more original songs were released before these songs. He is very happy to release new original songs in his voice. In his words, ‘I really like the lyrics of both the songs Paharer Kanna and Sakal Sher Chayer Chumuke. Original songs are not done very much now, but I am still doing original songs. This is a joy for me. Because original songs build the real identity of an artist. I am optimistic about these two songs. Requesting the audience to listen to the two songs and give their opinions.’

He has songs in 28 languages and has experience of playback in over 200 movies. He has more than two thousand songs in his repertoire, including patriotic, modern and promotional songs.
