Muktadesh Desk: The marital relationship of the discussed Islamic speaker Abu Taha Mohammad Adnan and his wife Sabikun Nahar Sarah has been dissolved. Abu Taha announced this information in a Facebook post on Tuesday afternoon.
He wrote on Facebook, ‘The family issues of Ustad Abu Taha Muhammad Adnan and his ex-wife Sabikun Nahar have been resolved and settled beautifully according to Sharia based on the advice of the country’s eminent scholars, Alhamdulillah.
The latest update on the solution is –
- In the presence of the eminent scholars, when Muhtaram Abu Taha Adnan proposed Khula Talaq to his ex-wife, she accepted it. In this situation, there is no current marital relationship between them.
- The entire dowry of marriage had been paid in advance. There are no discussions or debts left in this regard, Alhamdulillah.
- She (Sabikun Nahar) had given about 5 bhari in gold and cash to the organization as a refundable loan for the development project of Taw Haa Zin Nurain Islamic Center in Mirpur, Dhaka last year and about 3 bhari in other sectors (according to her statement), which she claimed from her ex-husband Abu Ta-ha Adnan Sahib in the last Majlis.
The Ulama-e-Majlis has fixed the deadline for payment of these. And both parties have accepted the matter. This money is her Sharia right, so the organization is trying to pay it within the stipulated time.
The rumor that has been spread on social media about divorce in exchange for 8 bhari of gold in this regard is not true.
Ustad Abu Ta-ha Adnan and his organization have nothing to do with the rumor campaign. Please do not be influenced by any kind of rumor and do not make any false accusations or slander against anyone.
- The decision regarding the children has been made in accordance with Sharia law in the Majlis of the Murbbids, and both parties have unanimously accepted the decision of the Majlis.
